Q: What are the three most important qualities to look for in a caregiver?

A:  Compassion, passion for helping others and strong skill set are key.   Our employed caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants who have a minimum of 5 years experience.  With our 4-level screening process, extensive background & reference checks, in-depth interviews and skill assessments, clients can be assured of receiving a highly qualified caregiver.  For your peace of mind, all caregivers are fully insured.

Q:  What services should I expect from my caregiver?

A:  Your caregiver will provide non-medical assistance including personal care tasks and homemaker services.  Personalized and customized Care Plans can include the following:  bathing, dressing, grooming, daily hygiene, oral care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionship and so much more.  

Q:  What happens if our caregiver is unable to report to work due to illness or emergency?

A:  Easy Living Services has a large staff of qualified, professional and reliable caregivers, ensuring a timely replacement in the event of caregiver illness or emergency absence. 

 Q: Are the caregivers presented by Easy Living bonded and insured?

A. Yes, Easy Living Services has employed caregivers who are covered by workers compensation and liability insurance. Our caregivers meet or exceed all state requirements for caregiver training, skills, medical clearance, insurance and criminal background clearance.

Q:  Why shouldn't I hire a private caregiver off of the internet or the newspaper?

A. All of the caregivers sent by Easy Living are carefully screened. Q:  Can I have flexible hourly care?

A:   Yes.  Some clients require only part-time care.  Easy Living Services offers hourly care service starting at only $17.95/Hour (some minimums apply)

A: Easy Living Services is responsive to your needs 24/7. When the office is closed, calls are routed to a knowledgeable staff member for immediate attention available to assist with any emergency needs.
